Portfolio Prep for Art School & MFA Applications (Albany Area / Online)

Applying to a BFA, MFA, or transfer program? I offer one-on-one portfolio preparation focused on what admissions actually look for.

As a Fine Art professor, I help individuals:

• Identify which work belongs in the portfolio—and what to cut

• Strengthen technical and conceptual clarity // edit and sequence work for maximum impact

• Write or edit clear, compelling artist statements and letters of intent for applications

• Prepare digital submissions (SlideRoom, image selection, formatting, etc.)

Who this is for:

• High school students applying to BFA programs

• College students transferring or applying to MFAs

• Nontraditional or returning students building a competitive portfolio

Sessions are tailored to your target schools and deadlines. Each session is 1-hour long with the possibility to schedule multiple sessions.
